VisionSafe Corporation is exhibiting at the NBAA business aviation show in Atlanta, Georgia next week (Oct 19-21) and will be demonstrating a cockpit emergency technology that it says may have prevented the tragic crash of the cargo 747-400F in Dubai on September 3rd

Previous attempts to evacuate smoke from 747 cargo airplanes show smoke evacuation systems cannot evacuate continuous blinding smoke

The company says that the demonstration will show you how the Emergency Vision Assurance System (EVAS) creates a clear channel for the pilots to see out the window and their vital instruments to navigate and land the airplane.

A number of business jet operators are adopting the technology and the company will be reporting at NBAA that more than 1,500 airplanes now fly with this technology, including those belonging to key US government officials including the Secretary of Transportation, Secretary of Homeland Security, and FAA VIP airplanes. Operators such as FedEx, NetJets, and senior military leaders as well as two airlines, JetBlue in the U.S. and PrivatAir in Switzerland, also have cockpit smoke protection installed.
