PARIS: Goodrich launches new cockpit management system

The CDMS portfolio is a turnkey integrated package of hardware, software and support services that allows flight crews and flight ops to perform critical ground and in-flight data management tasks faster and more efficiently. Features include the SmartDisplay™ electronic flight bag with seamless wireless network and software compatibility.
The system is upgradable for future technologies, such as the FAA’s NexGen air transportation system.

Two Smart Display electronic flight bag (EFB) systems, the cornerstone of the new CDMS product portfolio, are located on the far left and right of the display. The compact, lightweight system integrates the processor into the display for full EFB functionality as well as USB, Ethernet and wireless connectivity support.
