CMC's SureSight available on Falcon 7X after latest approvals
Esterline CMC Electronics' second-generation SureSight CMA-2600 I-Series Integrated Sensor System is now approved for use as an Enhanced Flight Vision System (EFVS) on the Dassault Falcon 7X.
The approval was granted by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and follows the certification by the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), the lead certification authority, received in July 2010.
With these approvals, F7X operators can now take advantage of expanded operational credits afforded to aircraft equipped with an EFVS.
