Saudi-based NEXUS (stand OD3) is at the show promoting its two new full-service flight operations centres in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and Manama, Bahrain.

The company provides trip planning, flight dispatch, crew and aircraft scheduling and planning, security, maintenance management and global concierge services.

It has partnered with some of the world’s leading providers and works closely with FlightSafety International (FSI) for aircraft dispatch training, FAM international for security, as well as MAZ Aviation consultants, the Middle East’s leading consulting and project management services provider.

Abdullah Al-Sayed, president and CEO said: “The NEXUS team are people who like to roll up their sleeves and work hard. We believe the difference between a successful aviation company and one that is just functional lies in its ability to manage its flight operations centre and customer excellence services.”

He established the firm in 2010 after years of experience in setting up some of the largest flight operations departments the region has seen. The name NEXUS means ‘a tie’, since his company links operators to the services they require. Clients come from Africa, Egypt, Europe, India, the Middle East and Russia and from commercial, government, corporate and cargo sectors.
