World Defense Show 2024 - Day 3

The halls and meeting rooms on the second day of WDS were abuzz with product announcements, industrial collaborations, and order negotiations with all of these subjects covered extensively in the Day 3 edition of SHOW BUSINESS.

Story highlights include the RSAF to upgrade its Super Mushshak trainer, Airbus outlining its ambitions in the Kingdom, Lockheed Martin awarding THAAD contracts, and MEMR anticipating an imminent order for its new long-range interceptor ship.

Day 2 also saw a wide variety of military vehicles and drones being put through their paces in the land demonstration area.

كانت القاعات وغرف الاجتماعات في اليوم الثاني من معرض الدفاع العالمي مليئة بإعلانات عن منتجات وعقود التعاون الصناعي ومفاوضات الطلبات مع كل هذه المواضيع التي تم تناولها على نطاق واسع في نسخة اليوم الثالث من Show Business. تشمل أبرز الأحداث قيام القوات الجوية الملكية السعودية بتحديث مدربها Super Mushshak، وإيرباص التي ترسم طموحاتها في المملكة، وشركة Lockheed Martin التي توقع عقود THAAD، وشركة MEMR التي تتوقع طلبًا وشيكًا لسفينتها الاعتراضية طويلة المدى الجديدة. وشهد اليوم الثاني أيضًا اختبار مجموعة واسعة من المركبات العسكرية والطائرات دون طيار في منطقة العرض البري.
