The company made its debut at the February IDEX defence show in Abu Dhabi where, alongside Everis ADS it showed all the capabilities it can offer to the military sector after a particularly positive 2020 in terms of defense projects.
Last year the company was selected to develop and manufacture a virtual test bench for the Eurofighter aircraft for the Logistics Center for Armament and Experimentation (CLAEX) of the Spanish Air Force and to participate in the multinational industrial consortium FITS4TOP of the European Commission.
Simloc represents Spain within the "Combat Aircraft Training Platforms" consortium as part of the "European Defence Industrial Development Program" (EDIDP).
It is leading the design and development of the initial phases of the future GBTS (Ground Based Training System) for the training of European combat pilots, where Extended Reality (XR) will play a major role.
