Turkey’s TAV Airports has been awarded five prestigious Airport Service Quality awards for excellence in customer experience at five of airports it operates.

The airports include Ankara Esenboga, Skopje and Zagreb. The awards were determined by passenger reviews conducted by ACI World and recognise TAV Airports' commitment to providing the best travel experience for its passengers.

The three named airports clinch "best airport", with multiple wins in special categories. Skopje Airport emerges as “cleanest airport” in Europe while Zagreb and Skopje get "airports with most dedicated staff" and "easiest airport journey" awards respectively. Ankara and Skopje airports honored as "most enjoyable airports” in Europe. The award ceremony will take place during the ACI Customer Experience Global Summit, which will be held on September 4-7, 2023, in Incheon, Republic of Korea. The winners will be presented with their well-deserved accolades at the ceremony. TAV Airports
