The accused were stopped while trying board a flight to Dubai International Airport when they were stopped by customs and security officers with assistance from port health officials from the Ministry of Health.
The arrested reportedly issued fraudulent polymerase chain reaction COVID-19 test certificates to enable travel to Dubai, as well as fake yellow fever inoculation certificates.
