TATV Spotlight: Understanding MRO bounce back and future for urban air mobility

Oliver Wyman is one of the top consulting firms in the world and partner Robbie Bourke talks to Alan Peaford about two burning issues - recovery in the MRO segment and the potential for future aircraft opportunities.

With the latest Oliver Wyman report for aviation across the Middle East, Bourke is confident the boom for MRO will continue but warned that supply chain issues and ongoing Covid-led staff absences could still dampen the hopes in the short-term.

And with the Global Urban Air and Advanced Mobility summit happening in London this week, Bourke was also keen to talk about the prospects for these future transport systems in the Middle East region, especially with Dubai in the UAE and Neom in Saudi Arabia.
