TATV Spotlight: with Raytheon at World Defense Show 2022

Raytheon’s High Energy Laser has made its Saudi Arabia debut in the courtyard at the World Defense Show. Mounted on a Polaris Dagger vehicle, the company is demonstrating the potential of the laser in countering drone attacks.

Portable and customizable, the High Energy Laser is a targeted weapon, that tracks and destroys rogue drones. Unlike a missile, the laser has no falling debris, and requires minimal training for operators, as it is controlled from the portable unit by a simple game controller,  as Adam Latham explained to TATV.
