With live shows dominating the activities in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia region this week, our weekly TATV newsround focuses on the unmanned shows in Abu Dhabi and the MRO and Aircraft Interiors event in Dubai.
 

With large contracts awarded and great turn-outs by the industry to support the events, no wonder that all were flagged as a success. Alan Peaford and Jill Stockbridge bring the highlights.

In other news, Qatar Airways has a happy paint story for a change and India's New Delhi Airport has a new terminal. 

Pilots and cabin crew are being enticed to a new carrier by extra cash, while in Africa the continent's airline association has teamed up with YAAPA to encourage more young people and women in particular to looks at aviation as a great career.
