As sales representative and installation partner, Jet Aviation will market Hawker Blended Winglets to customers in Europe, North Africa and the Middle East for installation at its MRO locations in Zurich, Switzerland, and Dusseldorf, Germany.

“We are very pleased to be selected by Aviation Partners as a sales representative and installation partner for blended winglet technology,” says Jakob Straub, vice president and general manager of Jet Aviation’s

MRO & FBO operation in Zurich. “We are very pleased to be associated with the winglet program and to bring to our customers this innovative technology,” he adds.

“We selected Jet Aviation because of their reputation for very high quality work, their strategic facility locations and their longstanding relationships with the Hawker operator community in the region,” said Gary Dunn, API vice president of sales. “We anticipate a significant growth in Hawker Blended Winglet sales in

Europe in the near-term, and in the Middle East as that market continues to grow,” he adds.

The FAA and EASA-approved Blended Winglets, which are flying on more than 110 Hawker 800, 800A, 800B and 800XP aircraft, help operators through an increase in range and/or fuel reserves, reduced fuel burn on emissions, an improved second segment climb and obtain a healthy return at resale.
