Lufthansa launches new service to Riyadh
Star Alliance carrier Lufthansa is to open a new Middle Eastern connection with services to the Saudi Arabian capital Riyadh from Munich.

The route will be operated by Swiss business aviation specialist PrivatAir on behalf of the German flag-carrier.
PrivatAir will use 108-seat Boeing 737-800 aircraft on the route. The configuration will include 24 business-class seats.
Lufthansa already serves Riyadh daily from its hub at Frankfurt. It says the new thrice-weekly service from Munich will begin on 26 April.
