Air Austral reinstates its route between Reunion Island and the Seychelles

Air Austral announces that they have reopened their direct route between Reunion Island and The Seychelles in partnership with Air Seychelles through a code share agreement which will be implemented shortly.

Two flights will be offered each week by Air Austral, departing from Reunion each Monday and Thursday at 7:20 pm, with an estimated arrival time of 10:00 pm in Mahé. The Seychelles-Reunion flight will depart at 9:55 am, with an estimated arrival time of 12:30 pm in Reunion.

Sales are now open and Air Austral has a special launch promotion running until February 28 with the following introductory prices:
- Departures from Reunion starting at € 299 including taxes*
- Departures from Seychelles starting at USD 406 including taxes*

The reopening of the Seychelles and the upcoming launch of two new destinations by EWA Air, subsidiary of Air Austral - Pemba in Mozambique and Anjouan in the Comoros positions the Air Austral group as a major operator in terms of destination in the Indian Ocean.
