UK aerospace association signs deal to promote bilateral trade with Morocco

With the recognised globalisation of the aerospace, defence and security industries, A|D|S| say this agreement will foster increased cooperation between the members of the two organisations as well as achieve economies of effort on joint initiatives. The MoU signed today seeks to achieve these goals on behalf of the industries of both the UK and Morocco to boost both trade in these strategic sectors and the economies of both countries.
Rees Ward, Chief Executive of A|D|S, said: “A|D|S is delighted to deepen our already excellent relationship with our counterparts in Morocco. The industries that A|D|S represents have long seen the advantage of working with their Moroccan counterparts, and this agreement is an acknowledgement of past, present and future collaboration.
“This agreement will deliver significant benefits for our respective members by opening doors to extended overseas trade in markets of crucial importance to both sides. We look forward to building on this relationship to deliver additional benefits and jobs to both the UK and Moroccan economies.”
