The event, held this week attracts governmental and semi-governmental departments and major companies in the banking, construction, education, trading, services and recruitment sectors, and is aimed at introducing the next generation of UAE Nationals to potential employers.
“Royal Jet is an enthusiastic participant in Tawdheef 2009, as it reflects our philosophy of encouraging local talent to help build the future for the next generation,” said Amna Al Mansouri, Vice President Human Resources and Administration.

“Last year we launched ‘Internship 2008’ - a programme offering eligible and qualified students the opportunity to acquire direct practical experience in Royal Jet’s operations. We offer local students work placement opportunities prior to their last year at university in order for them to benefit from real-world work experience and we offer many growth opportunities throughout the company.

Furthermore, this year Royal Jet launched a Graduate Trainee Programme, as an initiative for graduates to have a better introduction to the world of business aviation.

“But we go much further than this,” Al Mansouri continued; “Many of our top management team are UAE Nationals as we always encourage our staff to strive to reach the pinnacle of their careers. So once again we look forward to meeting potential candidates who would like to join us and share in the success of the region’s leading private aviation company.”
