The former President of Boeing Middle East, Turkey and Africa becomes the first American on the advisory board, following the earlier appointments of Laila Hareb Almheiri, Stefan Pichler, Dr. Michael Kerkloh, Tilmann Gabriel and Aya Sadder. Dunn brings over four decades of leadership and managerial experience – nearly all of it international – to the consultancy for the aviation industry.

Linus Benjamin Bauer, founder and managing director at Bauer Aviation Advisory, commented: “Bernie is internationally recognised and well respected as a highly experienced leader in the world of aviation. His appointment reflects the emphasis we place on providing unrivalled, game-changing engagement solutions for our clients and partners.”

Over three decades, Dunn spent living and working in the Middle East region, holding positions of increasing responsibility and scope during his military career in Jordan, Yemen, Syria, Saudi Arabia, and The Pentagon, with combat experience alongside Arab Forces in Kuwait, and separately in Iraq.
