Dubai Airports adds new management

Amer Kazem joins Dubai Airports as Senior Vice-President, Group Services. He joins from Meeras Holding, where he was group chief financial officer, following eight years with Emirates, most recently as Senior Vice-President of Finance.
Kazem will assume responsibilities for finance, IT and procurement. Internal audit will also report to him.
Two new functions will be established under the Group Services Department Risk Management and Legal, and a new assurance department which will assume responsibility for all internal quality and standards issues
Jamal Al Hai continues to lead the Strategy and Marketing Communications Teams as Senior Vice-President, Strategy and Development.
He now assumes additional responsibility for the Solutions team. He will also continue to manage the relationship with the Engineering Projects team and chair the new Service Development Group.
Chris Garton assumes responsibility for Operations teams comprising Terminal Operations, Airside Operations and Engineering for both Dubai International and Dubai World Central.
