Air Arabia appoints Morocco chief

Air Arabia has announced the appointment of Jason Bitter as chief executive of Air Arabia (Maroc), which launched operations from its hub in Casablanca on May 6, 2009.

According to Air Arabia Jason Bitter is a highly experienced industry professional, who has worked for more than 15 years in the sector in Europe and Asia. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Central Europe’s no-frill carrier, SkyEurope Airlines, based in Slovakia. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer of India’s, SpiceJet Limited, in New Delhi.
