Wind Jet signs an APU repair contract with Turkish Technic

Turkish Technic and Wind Jet have signed an APS3200 APU repair services which covers one APU repair but is extendable to all APU's on the Wind Jet fleet.

Services will be carried out at Turkish Technic’s APU shop in Istanbul, Turkey.

A spokesperson for Turkish Technic said that western Europe is one of the markets that Turkish Technic aims to be the leader of; “We are committed to provide quality services satisfying the expectations of Wind Jet to maintain our good relationship,” the spokesperson said.

Turkish Technic is an association of Turkish Airlines group companies  and is the leading maintenance centre in the country, providing technical services for Airframe, Engine, APU and components for a wide range of airlines from Europe, Middle East, CIS, Northern Africa and Turkey at its bases in Istanbul and Ankara.

It employs more than 3,000 people

Italian operator W ind Jet is based at Catania Fontanarossa Airport and has five Airbus A319 and eight Airbus A320 Aircraft in its fleet.
