Singapore Airshow: Mubadala on acquisition trail for another MRO business

Mubadala executive director Homaid Al Shemmari said at Singapore Airshow today that the Abu Dhabi investment firm plans to buy another MRO business within the next year

Al Shemmari said that the company is looking at the US and India for opportunities.

 Mubadala already owns SR Technics which covers Europe covered and ADAT (Abu Dhabi Aircraft Technologies) provides MRO services across the Middle East..

Al Shemmari said that North America is of interest because it is such a large MRO market and India and Asia is of interest because of the growth in these regions.
