Royal Jordanian contracts AFI KLM E&M for A330 component support

The contract includes repairs and access to the spares pool as part of a per-flight-hour contract. AFI KLM E&M has also deployed a Main Base Kit (MBK) for its customer at Amman airport in Jordan.  

AFI KLM E&M and Royal Jordanian have had a commercial relationship since 2002 under a similar contract for the Jordan airline’s A340s. To deploy the A330 MBK, AFI KLM E&M has built on the system already set up under the A340 support contract to ensure the customer benefits from spare parts supply synergies.
