Recaro opens customer centre in Dubai that will help serve Africa

This will enable the company to offer airlines in the Middle East and Africa comprehensive services just a short distance away.
“To be able to respond even better to the needs of our customers in the world’s fastest growing region for aviation, and to further develop our service for airlines, we will open a Regional Customer Center Middle East in 2014”, said Andreas Lindemann, chief sales officer of Recaro Aircraft Seating.
“We chose Dubai as a location because, as a central transportation hub with good infrastructure, the Emirate offers us the best conditions possible for the provision of optimal support to our customers in the region.”
At the new Recaro Customer Center in Dubai, a team of representatives from the Recaro sales organisation will take care of the needs of customers in the Middle
East and Africa, while Recaro technicians will offer training and support in mechanical operations to customers on-site.
“With this new representative office, we are close to the region’s airlines and can respond very quickly to urgent requests without time-zone related delays,” said Lindemann.
