MRO Middle East: Parker signs support deal with Emirates

Parker Aerospace – a business unit of Parker Hannifin Corporation announced today that it has signed a five-year customer support agreement with Emirates.

The long-term agreement includes providing maintenance, repair, and overhaul services on multiple aircraft systems and aircraft fleets for Emirates.

“We are delighted to have concluded this agreement with Parker,” said Andrew Hoad, Emirates’ Senior Vice President, Engineering Support and Services.  “It assures us that the already excellent support provided to us by Parker will continue.”

Parker Aerospace Customer Support Operations recently opened a customer service centre in Dubai to provide local support services to customers located in the Middle East, including administration and business centre services as well as storage and handling services. 

The division offers a variety of flexible, long-term agreements with airline operators to provide them with a number of options to best fit their business strategies and plans. 

Parker Aerospace designs, manufactures, and services hydraulic, fuel, flight control, engine, and fluid conveyance components and systems, and related electronic controls for aerospace and other high-technology markets.
