MEBA10: ExecuJet wins Embraer work

ExecuJet will provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance services at Dubai International Airport.
“We are delighted to provide Middle East Legacy 600 and 650 customers with a new alternative for their maintenance needs,” said Antonio Martini Neto, Embraer vice president, customer support and services, Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
“As the fleet of Embraer super-midsize and large executive jets grows in the region, with nearly 25 aircraft in operation, the naming of one more authorised service centre in the UAE marks the company’s commitment to offer a comprehensive and high-level support structure to our customers.”
The appointment coincides with last week’s delivery of the first Legacy 650 jet in the region.
Embraer also has an authorised service centre in Abu Dhabi, as well as a dedicated spare parts distribution centre in Dubai.
Nick Weber, maintenance director, ExecuJet Middle East, said: “We welcome the opportunity to extend our support to the Embraer Legacy 600/650 aircraft, which will be served out of our newly-acquired 5,000sqm hangar at Dubai International Airport.”
