Jet Aviation expands its Dubai capabilities

Jet Aviation Dubai has expanded its service offerings to include base and line maintenance for Hawker 750/800/800XP/850XP/900XP, Gulfstream G350/G450 and Embraer 135/145 aircraft under the company's EASA #145.0317 approval. In addition, the facility's newly established Boeing BBJ team is now fully operational.

Under the company’s EASA #145.0317 base and line maintenance approval, Jet Aviation Dubai has added the Hawker 750/800/800XP/850XP/900XP, Gulfstream G350/G450 and Embraer 135/145 aircraft to its maintenance portfolio. The facility is an approved repair station and an authorized service center for the Boeing 737 series (including BBJ), Cessna Citation series, Dassault Falcon series, Embaer Legacy, and Gulfstream series, as well as the Hawker series.


“Due to increased customer demand, we have expanded our services and can now better support Hawker, Gulfstream and Embraer operators that are based locally in Dubai and the region,” says Michael Rücker, senior vice president and general manager of Jet Aviation Dubai. “We can also provide base maintenance to all drop-ins and AOGs and have recently established our Boeing BBJ team following a Boeing Preferred Supplier Audit.”


Jet Aviation’s Dubai maintenance and FBO location was established in May 2005. The facility has a total of 4,200 sq m (45,192 sq ft) of hangar space, a workshop area of 1,000 sq m (10,760 sq ft), and a two-story FBO building with an area of 1,050 sq m (11,300 sq ft). Jet Aviation Dubai is certified by a variety of civil aviation authorities, including FAA (#U8JY426Y), Bermuda DCA, Cayman CAA, Pakistan CAA, Saudi Arabia PCA, and UAE GCAA. It is also an authorized dealer for Rockwell Collins avionics products as well as a Honeywell Authorized Mechanical Service Center.
