Jet Aviation Dubai receives GCAA approval for Embraer Legacy base maintenance

Jet Aviation Dubai has received Embraer Legacy base maintenance approval from the UAE's civil aviation authority, the GCAA.

The new approval, together with the recently issued EASA and FAA Legacy approvals, enables Jet Aviation Dubai to now support Embraer Legacy customers from all over the world.

Jet Aviation Dubai’s maintenance and FBO location was established in May 2005. The facility has a total of 4,200 square meters (45,192 square feet) of hangar space, a workshop area of 1,000 square meters (10,760 square feet), and a two-storey FBO building with an area of 1,050 square meters (11,300 square feet). The facility holds a EASA #145.0317 maintenance approval and is a FAA repair station. It also holds Bermuda DCA, Cayman CAA, Jordan CARC, Pakistan CAA, Saudi Arabia PCA and UAE GCAA approvals. Jet Aviation Dubai is an authorized service center to provide maintenance and warranty support by Boeing for BBJ, Gulfstream for the GIV and GV series, Dassault for the Falcon 900 and 2000 series and Hawker Beechcraft for the Hawker 800 series, as well as maintenance on Embraer Legacy aircraft.
