Jet Aviation Dubai completes first Legacy 650 L1 base maintenance inspection in the Middle East

Jet Aviation Dubai announced today it has completed its first Embraer Legacy 650 L1 base maintenance inspection, a mandatory inspection after the aircraft has accumulated 600 flight hours.

The company has a large Embraer Legacy customer base in the Middle East and is experiencing substantial demand for Legacy maintenance support.

“The successful completion of our first Legacy 650 L1 inspection is a real milestone,” says Michael Rücker, vice president and general manager, Jet Aviation Dubai. “It demonstrates our ability to provide Embraer Legacy owners and operators premium quality maintenance support to ensure their safety and security.”

As part of its global network, the Jet Aviation team that supports Embraer aircraft in Dubai employs a shift roster in order to provide 24/7 maintenance and AOG support per customer operational requirements. Jet Aviation says ‘the team has an excellent track record for timely delivery’.

Jet Aviation Dubai’s maintenance and FBO location was established in May 2005. The facility has a total of 4,200 square meters (45,192 square feet) of hangar space, a workshop area of 1,000 square meters (10,760 square feet), and a two-storey FBO building with an area of 1,050 square meters (11,300 square feet). The facility holds EASA #145.0317 maintenance approval and is an FAA #U8JY426Y repair station. It also holds Bermuda DCA, Cayman CAA, Jordan CARC, Pakistan CAA, Saudi Arabia PCA and UAE GCAA approvals.
