This now covers up-to and including a 24 month (L4) inspection on the Legacy 600 and 650. ExecuJet is now the only Embraer Legacy Approved Maintenance Centre to carry out base maintenance in the Middle East region.

“ExecuJet welcomes the opportunity to extend our support to the Embraer Legacy 600/650 aircraft, which will be served out of our newly acquired hangar situated next to our existing facility at Dubai International Airport,” said Nick Weber, maintenance director, ExecuJet Middle East.

ExecuJet expanded its maintenance capability at its Dubai International Airport base in September last year, with the addition of a second 4,830m² hangar.  The facility can accommodate approximately eight to ten aircraft of various sizes alongside an additional 417m² of office space.  The Middle East maintenance division is also approved to support Bombardier, Hawker Beechcraft and Gulfstream G150 and G200 business aircraft models, with the added benefit of being a Honeywell Engine/APU and Avionics Service Centre, Rockwell Collins Business and Regional Systems Dealer and Artex Level 1 Service Centre.

In December, Embraer announced that they had appointed ExecuJet as the new Authorised Service Centre in the Middle East for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. ExecuJet Middle East holds EASA, GCAA and further NAA AMO approvals for the Legacy aircraft type.
