EgyptAir maintenance teams up with AJ Walter to support Air Arabia's Egyptian growth

AJW is providing spares leasing and power-by-the-hour support.
This new airline is jointly owned by parent company Air Arabia in Sharjah and the Travco Group, Egypt’s largest tourism company.
EGME currently supports over 70 airlines including the airline, cargo and express operations of EGYPTAIR, a Star Alliance member. In recent months EGME has renewed its EASA approval and signed a JV with Rolls-Royce to establish Egypt Aero Management Services (EAMS).
AJW is well positioned to fully support EGME from its UK base close to Gatwick and Heathrow airports and already provides a range of tailored, flexible and competitively priced component services to many customers across Europe, the Middle-East and Africa.
AJW operates globally and also holds strategic inventories in Singapore, Dubai, Prague, Los Angeles and Miami. With over 350 aircraft under contract and more than 175 aircraft on PBH worldwide, AJW has substantial purchasing power across its preferred supplier network. Extensive modern Airbus and Boeing inventories ensure that AJW is able to offer guaranteed availability 24/7 for a comprehensive range of components and accessories across most ATA Chapters.
