The Egyptian value-based  airline which began operations in 2009, initially for its existing fleet of two A320 and one A321 has signed a five year agreement.

AlMasria offers scheduled flights to about 20 destinations across the Middle East, Europe and Africa and is the first private airline to fly scheduled services to Saudi Arabia.

The airline has ambitious growth objectives and plans to increase its fleet to up to ten Airbus by 2014.

"We are extremely proud to be working with AlMasria,,” said Boris Wolstenholme, Chief Executive of AJW. "Our low cost base, world class logistics and a flexible commercial approach makes us the ideal partner to support their expanding route network.  We have an extensive customer base across the region which we support out of our UK and Dubai facilities. We have worked hard to totally align ourselves with the commercial demands of this dynamic region."
