A J Walter to expand into jet engine management

It is combining its service and commercial expertise in component leasing and contracted support with a new in-house resource providing technical excellence in the engine sector.

The AJW engine portfolio will offer integrated management solutions comprising engineering services, aircraft engines for lease and quality overhauled condition engine parts to help operators to minimise engine maintenance costs. 

It is now rapidly building its engine inventory and is currently able to offer a wide range of CF6-80, CFM56-3/5/7, V2500 and PW4000 sales and purchasing opportunities.

  Steve Williams, Director of Technical Purchasing, is confident that AJW will be able to deliver a full range of services to the market, “We’re bringing a wealth of aircraft engine experience and proven delivery to AJW and the infrastructure we are building will make us a serious player in engine sales, leasing and parts supply”, he said.
