The opening day of the Dubai Air Show proved to be a bonanza for manufacturer Boeing as major order flooded in from across the region totalling close to $100 billion.
An interesting highlight was the first widebody order from the former LCC, Flydubai.
Although dwarfed by sister airline Emirates’ orders, it signals an interesting strategic development for the Emirates Group.
