Whilst for exhibitors and trade visitors who want the ultimate convenience of entertaining “on site” Aviator is offering a wide range of innovative and flexible corporate hospitality packages.  New for 2012, the hotel is offering a range of chalets on the lawn adjacent to the hotel and Airshow, enabling executives to impress VIP clients in exclusive surroundings with prime views of the air display.  Offered with complete flexibility in mind, clients can choose to hire a chalet for just one day, two days or the entire week.

Specially designed corporate hospitality lunches and afternoon teas prepared by Executive Chef, Andrew Donovan will be on offer in the Chalets and Brasserie. These packages will incorporate three course meals, fine wines, entrance tickets to the show, car parking and a corresponding outside terrace table providing exclusive viewing of the daily Airshow.

All Aviator’s meeting rooms, and the Sky Bar are also available as tailored “chalets” with full business facilities, for pre-show press events, product launches or for exclusive corporate entertaining during the show.

General Manager Michael Helling said: “Our Airshow product range has been designed with complete flexibility in mind.  A wide range of choices both before and during the show are on offer to suit a number of different needs and are ideal for businesses that want to entertain guests but don’t need a presence all week. We’re anticipating legal firms, financiers, and other aviation suppliers will take advantage of the opportunity to entertain their VIP guests in fine surroundings. We would urge clients to book early though to make the most of our prime location, excellent services and unique facilities.”
