Alsalam celebrates success as rated among top Saudi firms

This event was part of Alsalam ’s ongoing effort to enhance communication and relation s with its employees while strengthen ing the spirit of a “ one team ”.   President & CEO , Mohammed Noor Fallatah , praised the effort s of the employees and described   the development of Alsalam ’s business activities, current projects and investment s which have contribute d to the n ational development strategy and to the training of Saudi youth.

Vice president human resources, Abdulaziz Al-Fozan   presented   the results of the recent 2010 survey among leading companies   of the Best Working Environment in Saudi Arabia carried out by the Al-Eqtisadiyah newspaper and in which Alsalam was ranked seventh . During the event more than forty employees received service awards for twenty, fifteen and ten years.   In addition awards were made to a number of outstanding engineers from the aircraft maintenance and manufacturing division as well as outstanding trainees from the training programs.

The party concluded with an open question and answer session with employees having an opportunity to share their opinions and suggestions with the executive management team.
