MEBA10: Jordan celebrates a 'first'

Helicopter charter in Jordan has become a reality for the first time. The country's first dedicated aircraft brokerage company One & Done Aviation, which has been set up in Amman by Ahmad Abdul Hadi, is now able to offer helicopter flights across the country using government owned helicopters.

“Like a lot of the Middle East it is difficult to operate helicopters and to get the right permissions to fly,” said commercial director Noor Abu Mater. “We have been able to make an agreement with the military to fly VIPs in helicopters from Amman to places like Aqaba, the Dead Sea or Petra.

One & Done is visiting MEBA to promote itself as a one-stop-shop and has already developed a worldwide database to supply business aviation services and bespoke private jet charter for any mission type, anywhere in the world.

“The company offers the highest level of personalised service to our clients offering private jet charters, helicopter charters, turboprops, medevac, airliners and cargo aircraft,” said Faisal Abdul Hadi, son of the owner. “We are also offering consultancy to help clients buy aircraft.”
