ExecuJet Africa adds Phenom 300 to charter fleet

The aircraft is one of only two Phenom 300s available on demand for charter in sub-Saharan Africa and brings ExecuJet Africa’s total number of charter aircraft to 42.  

The Phenom 300 will be based at Johannesburg’s Lanseria International Airport and has a range of 13,600 km enabling nonstop flights between Johannesburg and key growth areas including Angola, DRC and Tanzania.

Private aviation has become a necessity for mining companies, due to the need to reach remote locations and the poor rail and road infrastructure within Africa.” ExecuJet Africa operates a number of aircraft, including helicopters, to transport mining personnel between sites with basic or non-existent landing strips.  

ExecuJet also offers aviation services such as transporting cargo and equipment to mining and exploration areas.  Rotary wing support services include seismic survey operations, VIP aviation support, oil pipeline inspections and security surveillance support.
