The Falcon operational support department oversees all aspects of flight operations, assisting operators before, during and after delivery of their new aircraft. The department provides flight preparation support and assistance with regulatory matters, performance, procedures and other operational issues. It also briefs and trains pilots to smooth aircraft entry into service, prepares changes in pilot documentation and develops performance tools aimed at enhancing Falcon operational efficiency and safety.

Additionally, they define Falcon training policy, audit and supervise training providers and gather operator feedback on Falcon operation for the design office.
