Kuwait to invest in poor weather facilities
Kuwait's Directorate General of Civil Aviation has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the UK's National Air Traffic Services (NATS) to develop aircraft communications for poor weather, poor visibility and in emergencies.

NATS is the country's air navigation service prodiver and the agreement also covers the expansion of Kuwait International Airport's capacity and developing the aviation information department.
