Hastie to provide services for New Doha International Airport

Hastie Group Limited - a leading international provider of technical services to the building and infrastructure sectors - has received the contract to provide the mechanical, electrical and plumbing services for the New Doha International Airport (NDIA) aircraft wash apron.

The NDIA is being constructed on a 22km² area east of the existing Doha airport. Hastie has been appointed by Sinohydro-Gamuda WTC Joint Venture. The group, which established its Middle East operations in 2005 and has 2,000 employees in the region, has had previous experience in the Qatar market, successfully completing a major contract here.
