The symposium, held in Korea, takes place over three days, and includes the fifth conference on international air transport cooperation.

ATA will be discussing and featuring examples of its facilities, aviation training equipment, student support and accommodation.

The academy uses local and international instructors who regularly undergo annual proficiency checks to provide instructional knowledge, as well as simulators, one-on-one instructor interface, simulated practical exercises, access to laboratories that replicate operational Communication, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) equipment and e-learning.

“The facilities and training equipment are of very high quality and state-of-the-art. It was impressive to notice that all lecture rooms have been fitted with projectors. This enhanced the quality of teaching and the learning experience, which was of great benefit to the students,” said ATA alumni John Langa Tembo.

The conference takes place this week, with the theme "Efforts to Achieve the Goal - No Country Left Behind."
