Edelweiss to reintroduce flights to Mauritius

Edelweiss, Switzerland's leading leisure travel airline, has announced Mauritius as a new holiday destination.

From autumn 2016, Edelweiss will be flying non-stop to the dream island of Mauritius in the Indian Ocean twice a week. Flights to Mauritius can be booked from January 2016.Edelweiss is set to expand its fleet over the next few years to include an additional three longhaul aircraft of the type Airbus A340 and a medium-haul aircraft of the type Airbus A320.

The airline has signed an agreement for better accessibility in Vanilla islands along with Air France, Air Austral, Air Madagascar, Air Mauritius, Air Seychelles, British Airways, Comair, Condor, Corsair International, Emirates, Meridiana Fly and South African Airways.
