The sale will be completed in December – probably by the time of the MEBAA show in Dubai.
Under the agreement UAS executive management will continue to be led by both co-owners/founders Mohammed Husary as executive president alongside Omar Hosari as CEO. Speaking at the show today, the companies said the partnership will see both companies benefit from valuable synergies.
Deer Jet operates an impressive fleet including the world’s only BBJ 787 in VVIP configuration - “the dream jet”- and has a vision of building an international brand and a global service network for business aviation.
Mohammed Husary, said: “A pioneering spirit is something both UAS and Deer Jet share. UAS’ growth and expansion plans will be accelerated greatly by having such a strong partner. Deer Jet’s support will help us to realize our medium-term goals and maximize our potential."
