A leading VIP Charter Operator

 

Become part of their Ground Operations team and work in close cooperation with the Crew Travel Coordinator, Flight Dispatch and Sales Department.

Evaluate feasibility and legality of proposed private and charter flights with respect to crew duty/rest time and crew qualification rules.

Schedule Flight Crews (rostering) according to Company policy and respective EU OPS rules.

Publish monthly Crew Duty Plans for all aircraft or fleets

Monitor planned and actual flight program in order to identify possible duty/rest time irregularities and find/propose suitable back-up solutions.

Plan and monitor crew proficiency checks in close cooperation with Training Department

Travel arrangements for flight crew members during absence of the Travel Coordinator. (Amadeus reservation system knowledge is an asset)

Warrant the implementation of the travel policy of the company and engage in a cost effective and reliable travel program.

Decide upon required crew complement and vacation planning for the crews

Co-ordination and communication/notification between the flight crew members and all relevant departments to provide a safe and efficient flight service.

Monitor and support international Crew member's passport validity and visa requirements for intended travel arrangements

Maintain crew records and operational data.

Receive Post Flight Data and enter into the Operational System
