New 747-8F makes debut to West Africa
The new Boeing 747-8 freighter made its debut into West Africa on November 6th when Cargolux utilised the type on the Luxembourg -Accra-Abidjan route for the first time.

The 747-8F will operate on a weekly basis alongside Cargolux's existing 747-400 services.
Compared to the 747-400F aircraft, the new jumbo is is 5.6 metres longer and offers an increased payload with and extra 16% capacity, the airline said.
