Fly540 Kenya increases flights to nine per week on Lodwar route

“We are pleased that we are able to offer our passengers greater availability and flexibility on this route,” said Don Smith, CEO of Fly540 Kenya. “Our flights are low cost and offer passengers a more convenient form of transport than travelling by road. The new flights reflect the increasing demand for domestic air travel in Kenya, and Fly540’s commitment to meet that demand.”
Previously, Fly540 Kenya – which is the only carrier to offer flights from Nairobi to Lodwar – operated the route once a day (excluding Tuesday). An additional flight has now been added on Monday, Wednesday and Friday respectively, resulting in two flights operating on each of these days.
The management is also pleased to announce that it is enhancing its interaction with customers through an enhanced website and the launch of a Passenger Charter.
“At Fly540 Kenya, we put the passenger at the heart of everything we do,” Don Smith, CEO of Fly540 Kenya. “We are launching our Passenger Charter to demonstrate our commitment to providing our customers with the best possible service. To meet this promise, we need to fully engage and communicate with our customers, and our new website has been designed to help us achieve this goal.
“Over the last six years, we’ve been providing the people of Kenya with convenient and affordable flights. The launch of our Passenger Charter and new website reflect the growth of Fly540 as we transition to the next stage of our development, and offer our customers a better experience than ever before.”
