Emirates renews support for Mauritius and the Seychelles
Emirates has extended its individual global marketing agreements with Mauritius and the Seychelles, continuing to promote both countries' tourist markets.

The MoUs were signed by Orhan Abbas, Emirates’ senior vice president, commercial operations for Africa; Arnaud Martin, chairman Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority; Kevin Ramkaloan, director and chief executive officer, Mauritius Tourism Promotion Authority; and Sherin Naiken, chief executive officer, Seychelles Tourism Board.
The signing occurred at the Arabian Travel Market 2016.
“Mauritius and Seychelles are very important destinations to Emirates and this explains why we are renewing our commitment to promote the islands’ attractions around our global network. In 2015/16 financial year, Emirates carried over 500,000 passengers from and to Mauritius and Seychelles,” said Abbas.”
The agreements will see the attendance of tourism trade shows and fairs, trade familiarisation trips, product presentations and workshops to promote the countries’ tourism.
