Camair-Co asks for urgent funding
Camair-Co's director general, Jean Paul Nana Sandjo has asked the carrier's owner, the Cameroonian government, for XAF5.4billion (USD9.34 million).

The carrier requires urgent funding after creditors have demanded settlement of outstanding accounts.
Creditors include Ethiopian Airlines, Honeywell, Willis Lease and AJW.
The carrier owes Ethiopian XAF1 billion for a C-Check on Camair’s B767-300, which is still in Addis Ababa until the payment has been made.
Camair also owes two months of staff salaries, ground-handling and fuel suppliers and IATA clearing house fees.
